What I’m Wearing:
- Sunnies – Saint Laurent
- Biker Jacket – All Saints
- Scarf – Gucci
I think everyone should own a pair of aviators. They are classic and they will go with literally everything. Whether you’re wearing a suit or dressed down in boardies they perfectly compliment any look. These aviators from Saint Laurent come in a variety of colors mine are the palladium/brown combo. To kick it to the next level these lenses are also polarized which comes in handy when driving. I like the fact that the case that these sunglasses come in are so compact however the case isn’t a hard case so if you are constantly on the run I would be really careful of where you store your glasses to ensure they don’t get damaged. These sunglasses where pretty hard to gun down being that they were extremely popular once they were released but I really do enjoy them and I think overall they are quite worth the investment.
When it comes to moto-inspired leather jackets I think All Saints has to-date some of the best fitting ones out on the market. Leather is a tricky material to work with and I find that with a lot of brands their motorcycle jackets come out either too boxy or are majorly ill fitting. Along with the flattering cuts/fit, I love the details that are poured into the actual design of their jackets. If you are in the market for a leather jacket my recommendation would be to always physically go to the store so that you can try on the jacket (if at all possible). Leather stretches overtime and you want to make sure that you are getting the appropriate size (not too big and not too small). I know that All Saints is not a cheap brand by any means but they periodically run sales on their jackets making the blow to the wallet not as bad. If you are interested in the jacket that I’m wearing it is the Kushiro Jacket in black (I’m wearing a size medium).
At first I was a little apprehensive with purchasing this scarf. As I’m getting older I’m not as big on wearing obvious brand logos. I don’t necessarily mind it if its cleverly done but for the most part I try to steer away from it. What initially drew me to this scarf was the tartan print. I thought it would be a great scarf for the fall and winter months. The scarf itself is brilliant. It’s lightweight, and decently warm. I really like the way that it drapes and how comfortable the material is. Not to mention I think it looks nice with a moto-jacket or a pea coat.
