Casual Friday: Ryan Gosling – Pop of Color

A classic/timeless piece that will never go out of style is the p coat. What’s nice about Ryan’s look is that it still has personality without being loud. The bright scarf is a nice accent to the otherwise monochromatic look.

STEP 1: P Coat

I like the idea of Ryan’s popped collar however the truth is that not everyone is capable of pulling off that look for various reasons.. So know that keeping the collar down is also an option.

STEP 2: Scarf

Ok so the scarf I choose isn’t as festive or bright as Ryan’s.. but my scarf choose has hutzpah and has an epic dragon on it!

How Old are We?: Psycho Bunnies SS 2011

I don’t know how I feel about this brand in general. It has polos, high rise socks, and man cardigans all of which usually belong to a professional guy.. however the logo is as juvenile as they get and let’s touch on the name for a second..Psycho Bunnies? really?… I just don’t know where in society this sort of hybrid works and is appropriate.. but then again what do I know?..

Tropical, Exotic, with a hint of Vintage: Furla SS 2011

I know personally when I think of Furla I think of women’s handbags/travel gear. I didn’t know that they actually had anything for guys. Well apparently they do and from what I’ve seen it’s not half bad. I will caution you though, the website is sort of confusing and I still don’t know where I can find/purchase their stuff (online that is).. however if you are looking for women’s bags etc. that is ready for business on their site.

It’s interesting because these bags are awfully reminiscent of the stuff that Prada puts out. Even the way that the name is printed is very much in “Prada Style.”
